This article provides a guide on how candidates can access the Personal report after finishing the test. The personal report offers thorough details on a candidate’s performance and activity during a test. It includes information about the score, questions, time taken, earned certificates, and more. Below, you’ll find explanations for each tab in the personal report.
Accessing the Personal Report
- Navigate to the Assignments panel and select My tests.
- Candidates can view their personal test reports by filtering tests by Status and selecting the completed ones.
- Alternatively, to access a personal report for a test, candidates can enter the test name in the search bar.
- Click the Personal report button to be redirected to the personal report of the test.
Personal Report Overview
When you click the Personal Report button, you will be redirected to the exam results report. The information available in the personal report depends on the settings chosen by the test administrator, who decides which details, scores, and feedback are visible to you.
Summary Tab Overview
The Summary tab provides a clear overview of essential information about the test and the candidate’s results.
- Overall Exam Results and Score: This section displays the achieved score and the final exam result – whether the candidate passed or failed.
- Candidate Information: Here, you will find the candidate’s personal details, including:
- Full name
- Employment ID (when applicable)
- Test Name: Displays the name of the test that was taken.
- Export Options: When available, the dropdown menu allows you to:
- Download the Personal Report in PDF or Excel format
- Download the Knowledge Deficiency Report
- Download the Score Report by question pool
- Time Section: Provides time-related information about the exam session:
- Started: The exact time the candidate began the exam
- Finished: The time when the candidate completed the exam
- Time Spent: The total duration the candidate spent on the exam
- Results Section: Contains details about scoring and test outcomes:
- Passing Score: The minimum percentage required to pass the test.Note: Depending on the test settings, this score may be inclusive or exclusive.
- Achieved Score: The percentage earned by the candidate.
- Achieved Points: The total number of points earned by the candidate.
- Result: Indicates whether the candidate passed or failed the test.
- User Groups: Lists the user groups to which the candidate belongs.
- Achieved Certificates: Shows all certificates earned by the candidate. These certificates can be exported in PDF or image format.

Aggregated Reports Overview
Aggregated reports provide overall test statistics, offering insights into performance. It includes:
- Score By Question Pools: the achieved score per question pool used to create the test, in other words, score per topic, or domain, allowing for a more comprehensive analysis of the test results.
When it comes to a test with sections, in addition to the score by question pools, the Aggregated Report allows access to the statistics for each test section including:
The score achieved on individual test sections
Score by question pool for each section
Questions Tab Overview
When available, the Questions tab allows you to review all the questions included in the test, along with their correct answers and any feedback provided by the exam grader, when applicable.
You can also filter the questions by status:
- All Questions – default view, showing every question in the test.
- Correct – displays only the questions answered correctly.
- Incorrect – displays only the questions answered incorrectly.
If the test has sections, in addition to the question status filter, you will be able to:
- Select the section whose questions you want to preview from the sections list.
- Use the dropdown menu to choose the desired section.
When feedback is available, it will be displayed below each question.
Charts Tab
This tab displays a chart that shows the summarized or average scores based on the question categories assigned to each question. It becomes visible only when a chart has been generated for the test.
On this page, candidates will find the following information:

Chart Name – The title of the chart that has been generated.

Chart Categories – A table listing all the chart categories, along with their names and descriptions. These categories are linked to specific questions and visually represent the candidate’s performance, offering insights into their performance.
Special Requests Tab
Special requests are used to request information or documentation from candidates, either before or after a test. For instance, if a candidate needs to provide an ID before a test, and it’s found invalid, the instructor can send a special request for a valid ID to avoid canceling the test attempt.
Any special requests sent to you will be displayed in this tab.
Notes
In this tab, you can review all the notes you created. To preview a note, click the arrow icon.
Personal report lifespan
Depending on the personal report settings configured by the exam administrator, the report may be available only for a predefined period, after which the Personal Report button will be deactivated.
